The commercial basis on which we quote and supply. Where a signed contract exists, that contract takes precedence over this page.
Last updated: 2026-10-13. These terms are provided so that buyers can review our standard position before quoting. They are not an offer.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the material, volume, drawing revision and specifications stated in the enquiry. A change to any of these may require a revised quotation.
An order is accepted when we issue a written order confirmation. The order confirmation states the part number, drawing revision, quantity, price, delivery terms and lead time, and forms the reference for inspection.
Drawings and specifications you supply remain your property. We use them only to manufacture your parts and will not disclose them to third parties without your written consent. Where we develop tooling paid for by you, that tooling remains your property and will be released on request.
Parts are supplied against the drawing revision stated on the order confirmation. Claims for visible defects or dimensional non-conformity must be raised within 30 days of receipt unless a longer period is agreed in writing. Our liability for non-conforming parts is limited to replacement or credit at our option.
First-article inspection reports are issued before production release. Production quantities are manufactured from the approved process. Approval of a first article constitutes acceptance of the process and the documented tolerances.
Delivery terms follow the Incoterm stated on the order confirmation. Risk passes in accordance with that Incoterm. Lead times are given in good faith; delays caused by force majeure, customs action, or material shortages beyond our control are not a breach of contract, and we will notify you promptly if one occurs.
Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, letter of credit at sight, or Net 30 for approved repeat accounts. Title in goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be referred to good-faith negotiation, then to arbitration as specified in the order confirmation.
