A metal components manufacturer in Ningbo, China — 17 years in, supplying OEMs in Europe and North America directly rather than through a trading intermediary.
Most export manufacturing in our sector runs through a trading company. A drawing goes out, a specification is relayed, and by the time a tolerance question comes back the answer has been paraphrased twice.
We deal with buyers and engineers directly. The person who answers your technical question is the person who will walk your part through the factory. It means slower growth than a trading model and materially fewer claims — which, at the volume we run, has been the right trade.
8,000 m² of covered production across two adjacent units in the Beilun district industrial zone, roughly 25 km from Ningbo port. Six manufacturing processes on site, so a part that needs forging and then machining does not spend a week moving between suppliers.
120–150 people, of whom nine are engineers working on tooling, process and quoting. Two shifts, 06:00 to 22:00.
We are not a trading company and we do not broker parts we cannot make. If a drawing falls outside our processes, we say so and point you at a specialist rather than taking the order and subcontracting it invisibly.
We welcome customer audits and factory visits. We can issue an invitation letter for a visa application and will arrange pick-up from Ningbo or Shanghai. Please give us three weeks' notice so the parts you want to see are on the line.
