Manufacturing capabilities

Roughly 90 machines across forging, machining, stamping, welding and finishing — which is what lets us hold one process route for a part instead of splitting it across three suppliers and an argument about tolerances.

Design for manufacture is part of the quote

Nine engineers, and their job is not only to make the part — it is to tell you when the drawing is making it expensive for no functional reason. That conversation happens before the quote, not after the first shipment.

  • Cost review on every RFQ. We flag tolerances that do not need to be there, and features that force a second operation.
  • Process selection advice. If a part has been machined from solid for years but volume has tripled, we will price the cast or forged route alongside it.
  • Tooling designed in house. Progressive dies, casting patterns and welding fixtures are all built and maintained on site, so a tool change does not wait for a third party.
  • Sample first. First article with a full dimensional report before production release, every time.

Tooling ownership

Tooling paid for by the customer remains the customer's property and is marked and stored as such. We will release it on request at any time, including if you decide to move production.
