We collect only what you type into the enquiry form or send us by email: your name, company, work email address, country, the product range you are interested in, your annual volume, and the content of your message. We do not collect special category data and we do not ask for it.
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and — if you become a customer — to perform the resulting contract. Our legal basis is your consent for the initial contact and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, followed by contract performance.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a single local-storage key recording whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice, so that we do not ask again. It contains no identifier and is never transmitted to us.
We do not sell or rent your data. Enquiry records are stored on our own mail infrastructure and are visible only to the sales and engineering staff who need to answer you. If a quotation requires it, we may share the technical content of your drawing with a subcontractor under a written confidentiality obligation — never your commercial terms. Our website hosting provider processes connection logs on our behalf.
We are established in China. Where you are in the EEA or the UK, your enquiry data is transferred to us in China in order to answer your request, which you initiate by submitting the form. We keep transfers to the minimum necessary to respond.
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Customer records are kept for the life of the trading relationship plus the statutory retention period applicable to commercial documents.
You may request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Write to sales@vertex-industrial.example and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing enquirers will be notified by email.
